Brian Curtis started his Real Estate career in 2005 by founding HomeQuest Realty a small firm focused on working with first time buyers. Brian slowly expanded for the next few years and co-founded Southwest Funding of Bella Vista a mortgage company serving the local area.
HomeQuest Realty eventually merged with the company that would become Keller Williams Market Pro Realty in 2013. At that time Brian changed his focus from running a brokerage to team building, hiring his first team member in 2014. Since that time Curtis Realty Group has grown to over 25 realtors in the Rogers AR area. With over 300 closings in 2018 Curtis Realty Group has become the number one team in all of Northwest Arkansas.
In 2018 Brian moved his team to his new Brokerage reopening HomeQuest Realty.
Lastly Brian has taken his passion for teaching and become a National Real Estate Coach. Currently Brian has over 10 coaching clients. With this opportunity Brian gets to share and grow with realtors in the Rogers area and all over the country as well as share in their success.

Micah discovered his passion for Real Estate while pursuing a degree at the University of Arkansas. Shortly after graduating with a Bachelors in Finance and Real Estate, Micah got his Real Estate license and has been a Realtor in the Rogers area ever since.
Micah has lived in the Northwest Arkansas for the majority of his life and has lived in all of the major cities at one point in time which include Fayetteville, Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, Lowell and Bella Vista and knows the Northwest Arkansas market very well.

Born and raised in Arkansas. Though I grew up in Fort Smith I have now lived in NWA for more than a decade. After obtaining a degree from the University of Arkansas Fort Smith, I relocated to NWA in 2009 to continue my education at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. After graduating in 2013 I realized that NWA was now my home. This is where I met my wife and we began our family. We have a wild, wonderful son and rambunctious pets. My wife is also a Realtor and my son says he can’t wait to build homes when he grows up. We’re a family of artists, life long sports enthusiasts, and I am a martial artist of two decades. I have been a Realtor here in NWA for several years and watched this area blossom into something amazing. I love meeting new people of all walks of life and introducing them to NWA. Cindy was born in New York but was raised in Orlando, Florida. She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Buisness in 2001. She married her college sweetheart and is a devoted mom of three awesome kiddos. She loves helping people with finding homes. When she isn’t working, she is spending time with her family either at Soccer games, volunteering at Church or right here in beautiful NWA. She loves the great outdoors and enjoys hiking, swimming and skating. I’ve lived in NWA since a very small child and love the unique business and recreational opportunities afforded to us by the area. I have three young, very active, boys and a beautiful wife. All of which train MMA and enjoy various gaming activities.
I believe in the constant need to better oneself and to keep pushing forward. I spend a large amount of free time doing self development in the MMA gym, focusing mainly on kickboxing and Jiu Jitsu. I also enjoy other physical challenges such as obstacle course runs with friends and family. When not out doing those, I can usually be found playing board games in the evenings.
I have been in sales since 2002. That time has afforded me plenty of experience in dealing with clients, both buying and selling, on thousands of deals. I believe in easy transactions, low pressure on buyers (for most people making large purchases can be stressful enough), but with a quick turn around time once a decision has been made.

Natalie Burchit came to Northwest Arkansas in 2009 from the great state of Iowa with her husband Bill and two children. She served the community through nonprofit work with the Rogers-Lowell Chamber of Commerce and fundraising for area organizations. They instantly fell in love with the natural beauty, exciting arts community and outdoor activities. When her children were in high school, Natalie and Bill, had a surprise that changed everything. His name is LIam and he prompted them to start a church and for her to get her real estate license. I graduated from Springdale High School (Go Bulldogs!), married my highschool sweetheart, graduated from the U of A (Go Hogs! WPS!), and I am a mom of 3 boys. I have been a Preschool Teacher, the Owner/Director of a child care center, an office manager, retail worker, substitute teacher, and now I am a Real Estate Agent with my husband! I am small town girl, living in a big old city – an old-soul but am Tech Savvy!
I have a keen attention to detail (not to the extent of being a perfectionist, tho’) which I believe was a result of my 6 years in the Construction Industry as a Resident Engineer/Project-in-Charge. Since I got married last year (and since I am diagnosed with Autoimmunity which make me highly vulnerable to CoViD), I decided to quit my job to become a full-time housewife. One of my best decisions in life so far… 🙂 But the career woman in me has been longing for the need to be mentally stimulated by desk tasks, that’s why I ventured into a work from home setup and landed a job as a Compliance Coordinator here at CRG. Now I understand more why it’s called “Real Estate”, it’s cause the stakes here are really real! Lol. Now on my 4th month here and I’m honestly excited to learn and grow more in this role and with the team.
